Cancellation Policy: The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved specially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), we require at least a 24 hour advance notice. Cancellations for less then 24 hours will be charges a 50% fee of the service scheduled for.

Late Arrivals: Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule, and will be charged for 50% of your service.

Considerations: Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself, are relaxing during treatment. Feel free to speak at normal volume throughout the salon and

Cell Phone Use: We understand the desire to keep in touch. However in consideration to all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.

No Children under 18 are allowed in the Spa/Salon, unless they are receiving services.
